We’ve noticed every Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant we’ve visited has been busy in recent months. Our last several visits have all seen a wait list despite various times of day and evening.
Our most recent visit was at the Portland, Oregon facility near the airport. It’s not a location we’d normally associate with a late evening wait list. But we entered around 8pm on a Tuesday night and walked past 10-15 waiting customers. After enjoying dinner at the bar (open seating) we walked out after 9pm and observed an even longer wait list.
To confirm our observations, we note the company’s stock (“BWLD”) is up 15-20% in the last 3 months and has roughly tripled over five years.
Buffalo Wild Wings is clearly doing something right.
