To prosciutto aficionados everything else is just lunch meat.
Each time I approach Otto it occurs to me that prosciutto is a religious experience there. Serious prosciutto fans and Otto really need to meet.
I don’t know where the Vatican of prosciutto is, but the rectory for the archdiocese of Las Vegas is located at Otto in the Grand Canal Shoppes of the Venetian.
Otto displays their prosciutto with perfect lighting in tall showcases visible across St Mark’s Square. We order it as an appetizer and enjoy it with their bread basket.
On rare occasions when served prosciutto anywhere else, we’re reminded that we must return to Otto soon.
